All contracts are valid until further notice, with a one-month notice period. You can be sure that your gigs will be long-term and predictable.
1) Income distribution model
We furnish, decorate, and take care of everything for you. Just set your minimum rental price, and we will strive to exceed it! In the revenue sharing model, we market your apartment according to the season and split the profits with you after expenses. (50%). Once the gig is over, we will collect the furniture or you can purchase it (after which you will also be eligible to become a partner host).
2) Partner host
You have a fully furnished apartment that is ready for corporate customers to move into. Set your desired monthly price, to which we will add our service fee (20%) compared to traditional platforms – customer service is outsourced to us. This means that we handle all communication with the corporate customer, allowing you to focus on ensuring that everything runs smoothly. If you market your apartment on Airbnb, for example, you can send us an iCal link so that we can market available times based on that. We will also send you a monthly report on the apartment's occupancy and revenue.
